The food was absolutely incredible, especially the lobster Mac n Cheese that was loaded with lobster and the perfectly cooked scallops over black mango rice. The vibe was super beachy and casual, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the whole experience felt really special even though it was a bit pricey.

I recently dined at the restaurant located in the Hyatt hotel. It was busy but not overly crowded, and the food was excellent. I ordered the lobster Mac n Cheese and was pleasantly surprised by the generous amount of lobster in it. The staff was friendly, although it did take some time for our meals to arrive. Overall, it was a great dining experience at this hotel restaurant.
