Sal's Italian Restaurant may only have 2-1/2 stars, but in my experience, the food is actually very good compared to other Italian restaurants I've been to. When I try the eggplant rollatini, it serves as my indicator for the overall quality of the food, and Sal's version is consistently delicious. The generous portions, flavorful sauces, and attentive service make dining at Sal's a satisfying and enjoyable experience.
