I went to visit this terrible place with my family and the Service was horrible they don't have a clue of hospitality and customer service at all.
after we placed and finished an order for my family of 6 including 2 children we ordered 2 expreso that was not even close to an expresso without sugar and when they served it it was covered and with sugar. I addressed my concern to the waitress that I am a DIABETIC person that I can not drink it with sugar and she went to the back to ask someone that I believe was a manager and she came back to me to tell me that I have to pay for another one if I want it without sugar I told them that was not right and I started to record it on video and I have the proof of the situation and once she realized that I was recording she told someone in the back and that man came with a nasty actitud in front of my kids that I can not record and I suddenly explain the reason why and he didn't even care that I was a diabetic person and that if I want another one I had to pay for it after we spent the big order in their restaurant and I told him that I will put a bad review to his restaurant and his answer was simple that He didn't care about that so now I did placed a review about this.

Had a Cuban sandwich. They are large,delicious, and worth the money. Stopped in for the 1st time to support a restaurant during covid 19. Quick service on our takeout items. We will be repeat customers.
