I just want to take a moment to complain about the horrible service I received at your establishment yesterday. I walked in, and sat down by the bar waiting for service. Only 1 person approached me in the 20 minutes I was there. He asked me if I wanted a drink from the bar, and I told him I was waiting for a waitress to place an order for food. I made eye contact with the waitress who was too busy texting or playing on her cellphone and drinking instead of taking orders. I made eye contact with the two bartenders who were too busy laughing and joking with the people at the bar to pay attention to anyone else in the restaurant. I even made eye contact with one of the cooks. NO ONE approached me or came by to take my order. I am a regular patron of your next door business, and I will be sure to tell anyone who asks to avoid this place because they obviously do not care about customer service.

Loved the place, enjoyed a beer outside with a cigar, alwafys had take out, lived at the nautilus across the street, particularly lovedthe waotresses, food was always hot and homelike at a fair price. Back in november fortwo weeks, well wprth amother visit.l best frjom ottawa bob

love their hamburgers can't eat seafood,hot dogs are wonderful also.Good steaks cooked to perfection,the atmosphere is very laid back have met wonderful and endearing people there.
