Ordered Sunday dinner from here tonight there’s so many disappointments they completely dropped the bomb. I ordered two pizzas with 20 wings and 12 garlic rolls which was a special they were having and then I also ordered a chicken Frandsche‘s dinner that came with a side salad. The only thing in our order that was correct was the salad. When we got there they forgot to make one of our pizzas and tried to give us another pizza that they already had sitting there ready that was a completely different kind. We waited until they made the correct pizza that they forgot to make. Started heading home decided we probably should check the rest of our order and realized out of the 12 garlic rolls that we were supposed to get, we only got three. Get home get ready to have dinner they put the box of what was supposed to be 20 hot wings on top of a foil container that had the chicken Frandsche‘s, the sauce completely flooded inside the container of chicken Frandsche‘s, The chicken wings container was far too heavy to be put on top of a tin container 🤦🏼♀️. The chicken franchise is no longer chicken franchise it’s chicken franchise with whatever sauce they put on top of the wings it tasted like a sweet and sour type sauce not the hot sauce that it was supposed to be. I called the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager he indicated that it was him answering the phone I explain to him what happened with the garlic rolls his response was that he could make them and I could head back to get them I explain to him that I was not going to do so as I was already home he asked for my address and said he was supposedly going to bring the rolls. At the point that I called him I didn’t realize everything else that was completely wrong with the order. Never again will I order from there such a complete waste of money! Domino’s Pizza is much better than theirs.. and at least when you order things they give you what you order and not something completely different like sweet-and-sour wings instead of hot wings or chicken Frandsche‘s with some other sour sauce inside. How sad! The second pizza we were supposed to get was fresh garlic take a look at the GARLIC that they put on top of the Pizza it’s half missing cheese with complete huge chunks of garlic. I don’t think I’ve ever been more disappointed at a restaurant before…

I have a take out flyer they have on the counter there in the pizzaria - the flyer clearly says that on Monday there is a special price for a large pizza with free delivery - so I called to order it one evening when I was too tired to cook after having a long day - I was told that is not the price - I was told that is an old flyer (I had gotten it off their counter 2 weeks prior so if they left an old one there that's on them) I was told there is a $15 min to deliver (flyer said FREE delivery said nothing about a minimum) and they got very argumentive with me...when I told them the flyer had just been picked up off their counter they told me that couldn't possibly be, when I said it clearly said that price on the flyer for the Large Pizza they told me I was wrong & more. I suppose they prefer to accuse customers of making things up rather then admitting it was their fault that they left that flyer on the counter (by the way there was about 20 of the identical take out flyers folded on the counter not just the one) rather then admitting maybe it was their doing and they would fill the order as advertised...nope..they lost a good customer..I had my own business for years..you don't expect to keep a good repeat customer when you are so rude and try to place the blame ON the customer rather then doing what you should do to keep the business. Mi parle Italiana so if you have an issue you want to make about this then feel free..and if you do then you know this posting is true. Shame on you.
