Terrible Experience - Rude Employees and Unprofessional Service

I rarely write reviews, but my experience here was so awful that I feel compelled to share. My party arrived early for our reservation, and we patiently waited while noticing that there were plenty of empty tables for hours. It quickly became clear that no one was managing the front of the house properly. Our reservation time came and went, and still, we weren't seated. It was incredibly frustrating to see multiple tables sitting empty while we were left waiting.

After some time, they offered us a free beer while we waited, which seemed like a nice gesture-except that, after waiting for over an hour and a half with no sign of being seated, we decided to leave and go somewhere else. To top it off, they charged us for the beer that was supposedly free.

The worst part was the attitude of the staff. They were incredibly rude and dismissive, and it felt like they couldn't care less about our experience. I can't speak to the quality of the food because we never got the chance to try it, but with service this bad, who would want to?

There are plenty of great restaurants with decent service in the area. I highly suggest you try somewhere else.

Wow! Over $30 for a pork schnitzel.I was shocked.pork!

Overprized and lousy. Sauerbraten ($28.) was drowned in vinegar together with the kraut, no taste at all. Felt like I was eating reheated food. Potato pancakes were rubbery not crispy, maybe also reheated. Will not be back.

Maybe this place should just ditch the Groupon offers and lower their menu prices instead. I'm a little peeved that I dropped $225 on a dinner for three only to find out afterward that this place had discount options.

Went last eve with another couple. We both had Groupon`s for money off 2 entrees. We purchased 4 entrees. When we paid, our Groupon not accepted. The owner said only one per table. It wasn't written in small print as she stated. She became rude and then said it was her policy. Food was ok...meals were pricey for what we had... we won't be back. This happened to the table next to us also.

Good but not great food. Fun decor. Slow to get food to the table. Good deserts. A number of good beers but skip the wine if the two we tried are representative. Definitely skip the cab

The food use to be so good. But this last time it seemed the food was cooked earlier and reheated. The potato pancakes were like shoe leather. Too much money for reheated food. When the lady came out all dressed in German style. I asked are you the cook, yes she replied. But she didn't look like she set foot in a kitchen. More like she was back there with a microwave. So disappointing.
