We had to find a restaurant to accompany 18 people as we were saying so long to some good friends. My wife called in advance and spoke with Thomas, the manager. He told her that he couldn't fit 18 inside but rather outside, so she made the reservation for June 6. She and I were the first to arrive and Thomas greeted us with a warm welcome and handshake. He brought us outside where our tables were waiting. He had I rearranged them to our liking. The waiter was very attentive and accommodating. In fact, he was a one man band, also welcoming and didn't miss a beat! The quality and quantity of the food was amazing and delicious. We will be back!

We had a terrible dining experience 11/03/2023- Saturday. I was a party of 5- chose to request a drink to be taken off the bill as it was awful and poorly made. The manager on call - Thomas approached the table. First he stood 2 feet away and with a nasty attitude stayed loudly-"Well, why did you order a drink?!"- super rude, embarrassing and considering that we had spent a lot on the meal - and to be treated that badly by a manager definitely caught me off guard. I chose to not cause a scene at the time - and advised that it was drinkable. He seemed very annoyed - arrogant. Instead of trying to rectify the situation or try to better it - he promptly walked off with an air of disgust. After having it voided we left - I then noticed him being very rude to my 17 year old son who was trying to leave through the back gate on the outside dining area. Thomas was locking it up - my son said "Well it's not locked yet may I leave ?" Thomas the awful manager who was already annoyed we had chosen to void a drink responded " What do you not understand boy - I'm locking this gate up" At this point things took an awful turn as between being humiliated earlier by Thomas's approach to my drink being returned, and now my son being spoken to this manner - an altercation erupted. In all my years of dining never once have I ever encountered such an horrific manager, service, disrespect. This restaurant has average food - they have a 3 star rating and several terrible reviews. Thomas should not work in management capacity in any dining establishment. He should not even be allowed to interact with patrons. Also know that they charge you a service fee on your bill for using your credit card. They do not disclose this to you but I was shocked to see it on my bill. Worst restaurant dining experience ever and a server who did not check up on us throughout the entire meal unless we went out of our way to get her assistance.
Save your money and respect - do not dine here.

We have been to BMB for many years, but have not been in awhile.
We were immediately greeted by Thomas the Manager.
He is very nice and genuine.
He got us a great table outside.
Our server was Andy and he was also very nice and fast.
Delicious large portion that was well seasoned.
The lobster was soft, tasty and delicious.
The potatoes were like butter.
Highly recommend BMB and we are going to be eating there many times.
