The red curry here blew me away with its perfect balance of heat and flavor, and the freshness truly stands out since everything is made from scratch, including the curry sauce and chili paste. Despite a simple dining room and a location in a somewhat dated shopping center, the attentive service and generous portions more than make up for it. From flavorful soups to customizable dishes like Singapore noodles, each meal feels authentic and thoughtfully prepared, making it clear this is the best Thai food experience around.

The first time I dined at Thai Basil, the red curry blew me away with its rich flavor and perfect level of spiciness. The owner, who also served us due to a staff shortage, impressed me with her dedication to making everything fresh, from the curry sauce to the chili paste. Despite the unassuming appearance of the restaurant, the attentive service and delicious food made for a memorable dining experience that I can't wait to repeat.
