I AM A REGULAR AT Rooster Fish grill.
I always had superior service! And high quality food! And good prices!
I HAVE A DEGREE in hospitality Management! I know what i am talking about!
There's always those who are complaining about everything!
I give them a 5
For price , Service. And food quality!

Poor management. Myself, Brother who is elderly disabled veteran and his wife always eat at Rooster Fish when we are in town. Today was an especially sad day for us as our elderly Mom passed who was in hospice. We went to Rooster Fish for dinner, there was no one in line, plenty of booths and tables available. We watched as many people finished their meals and left the restaurant. Yet we were told by the hostess that the a manager told her not to seat anyone because the cook was backed up. We asked if we could please be seated to order drinks until they were caught up and then we would order food and we were told NO. We asked to speak to the Manager, we were told he was too BUSY. We asked to speak to the assistant Manager, explained our situation, she checked with the Manager and we were told NO. I have never been treated so rudely. After having just lost my ninety year old Mom, wanting a relaxing meal from a restaurant we used to frequent every time we came in to town. Not even being given the courtesy of the Manager speaking to us. Then as we were leaving the staff were laughing at us. I just wanted to cry. It was humiliating. Worst experience and so unnecessary and unprofessional. The owner should seriously look at the management and personnel.

Had the fish and chips tonight Was mostly batter deep fried with little fish. Don’t get. Bad. Won’t have to go back. Thanks

Well what a difference a year makes. It is going down hill. Tonight my garlic mash was in big pieces, was told the machine not working, really. No refund, nothing. A few weeks ago my prime rib was way too rare, they put it in the mic, Really. So sad, when it first open it was the best in all. Now it is only ok for happy hour if you are local. Too bad.
