At Brewhouse Gallery's Anniversary Party, Parabas Grill's Food Truck arrived just in time to curb our hunger pangs. The menu offerings were enticing, though it was disappointing that sides were only available with the fish and chips. Opting for the angus beef sliders and cheesesteak tacos left us satisfied but wishing for additional side options to round out the meal.
