I have always sort the ultimate IPA, and now it is found in a beer named Sailfish. I bought it in a store in Miami, and have always hoped for the knowing moment, it was in the past tense a 7% tin of comfort and relish.
I was born in England and in 58 years of testing beer, some of which would turn my toes up, and some would call me onto the proverbial rocks,the tasting was the moment when twixt lip and tongue, the sensation and comfort would happen,my search has ended I know THE beer, its name is SAILFISH,forever, Hallelujah.
