Good food with horrible service !! Word of advise, don't place an order over the phone for a pick up. They ALWAYS screw it up. And then give you attitude about it. Sorry, I'm done. Never again going there !

Very bad service. Got home late from work wanted to order dinner. Had coupon and it states you had to dine in. I said sure and I will take the rest home.
She did everything to deny this. Very bad service and very mean person.

This restaurant had a lot of promise when I first started going there. My husband was given a coupon that stated if you buy 5 meals you get the 6th free. We finally had the chance to go redeem it only to find out they stop the promotion. I look at the card and didn't find any expiration date. I said to the women in the front I don't see a expiration date on here and I don't think that's fear or good customer service! Then another lady came out and explained to me that yes the promotion is over and gave me a lengthy explanation as to why. I stated to her that you guys should still honor the ticket since there is no date. I have never went to any place and had this problem. While she went in the back I was talking to my husband and said this is my last time in this restaurant. A young lady was in the place and went and told her what I said. The lady then told me she will not serve me because of what I said. Lol I found that very odd! I was shocked that after the conversation was over she decided to approach me about a conversation I had with my husband. I explained to the lady I did say it and what is your point. I am not coming back here. If you think not serving me today is hurting me your not. I can save my $20. And give it to Mc donald. This is the reason black people will never succeed. There is no way I can go to Mc Donald, publix, walmart and more with a coupon without a expiration date and they not honor it. No way. Why!! Because without customers they will be out of business. To think we went there so many times even though the food is really not all that just to support another fellow Jamaican and this is what happened. Honestly it should not have went this far. Any good restaurant would have simply said. Your correct there is no date and we will honor it for you. That would have made me say "wow" they care about there customer's. Instead she only tried to make a point and there was none. I have seen so many jamaican restaurants come and go in port st lucie. But I hope they are here for the long run. I will never wish bad on this restaurant. Hopefully they will learn from this situation and treat the next person better. But as far as me, my husband, my sister, her husband and all my friends and family in port st lucie we will never go back.
