Took my mom who is 90 years old out for lunch today. We ordered two fish & chips dinners, except we always subsitute the coleslaw for a small side salad... We have been doing this for many years. Well today Mr. Chadwick the manager refused us!!! Very Rude and does not care about his customers! He told us no, there would be an upcharge to the order, but you can have all the biscuits and soda you want. Does this make sense? Of course not, He just wanted to be unfair...and made it well known, told us he did not care if we ever came back, cause I told him we would not be back and I would be making a review on him and he smirked at me and that right there told me he did not care! I have no bottom teeth and cannot chew the coleslaw and my mom it is hard for her too. would it have killed him to be just a little nicer!! NO he wanted to be mean, no reason for this. And since we've always done this, why is there a problem now. He seems to be the problem....
