I had a wonderful experience ordering through the drive-thru, with friendly and smiling staff making the process smooth and enjoyable. The honey butter chicken sandwich was absolutely delicious, juicy and tender with a perfect crispy exterior, though the fries could have been hotter and might benefit from different packaging. The overall service was excellent, the food fresh and flavorful, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was correct and delivered with a smile.

I had my first experience at PDQ through the drive-thru, and both the young lady taking my order and the young man handing it to me were friendly and attentive. The honey butter chicken sandwich exceeded my expectations, delivering a delicious blend of flavors. While the fries were warm rather than hot, the overall quality of the food and the service left a positive impression on me.
