Driving through Ocala's horse country, the shaded picnic tables beneath sprawling oak trees create a serene setting for meals bursting with fresh, vibrant flavors. Each dish, from the succulent Mahi Mahi burritos to the decadent blueberry-raspberry muffins, reflects a passion for quality and culinary skill that's impossible to miss.
