I had the most amazing experience trying out the gumbo from the food truck at OWCC during the Autism festivities. The sausage & chicken gumbo was recommended by a friend and it did not disappoint. The flavors were rich and comforting, and the classic boiled p'nuts were the perfect accompaniment.
