The staff and owners at this pool hall are truly fantastic and always make my daughter feel right at home, treating her like part of the family. The tables are well-maintained, the atmosphere is smoke-free, and they even offer bar snacks and drinks for a fun and laid-back playing experience. With plenty of tables available and the option for tournament play, it's a great spot to perfect your skills or enjoy some friendly competition before heading out to catch your favorite sports team in action.

I don't often write negative reviews, but I guess at this place you have to be a regular, or you get treated like crap here. It was my first time visiting this location, I met up with some friends and ended up only staying about 20 minutes, I won't be back to this location. The reason being is that the staff is RUDE, customer service is nonexistent and disorganized. The staff wasn't clear on what table we were assigned nor the section we were supposed to play in. The staff didn't let us know that we were on the wrong side until after we started playing. Then, the staff proceeded to downright hostel towards us. We made an honest mistake, due to poor communication from the staff, we accidentally ended up on the quarter slot section, there was no sign posted that I could see to indicate "quarter tables". The guy walking around with the blue hand/wrist guard was the rudest of the staff members instead of just letting us know and being like no harm no foul, he was VERY confrontational, talking down to us, being rude and nasty making us feel like we didn't even belong in the establishment, and acting like we didn't pay to be there. We paid for our beer and a table to play just like the rest of the folks there. Not only that when we found out where we were supposed to be there was another group of people at the table already. This place is a true joke.
