The maintenance guy there was seriously out of line-he scared my dog and even threatened to hit him with a flashlight, which was totally uncalled for since my dog is well-trained and becoming a service animal. On the bright side, the owner handled the situation quickly and kindly, even offering us a free cupcake and making sure everything was made right, plus the cupcakes themselves are super tasty with lots of great flavors to choose from.

The behavior exhibited by the maintenance man at that establishment was completely unacceptable and disturbing. My dog, who is well-trained and on the path to becoming a service animal, was unfairly threatened solely based on his breed. I am grateful that the owner took swift action to address this issue, and I hope that such incidents are handled promptly and effectively in the future.
