If the lady wasnt sweet i dont care the bread is far superior to human interaction lol. Personally never had a bad moment inside the store.

The bread is good there....BUT ..... we got some bread from there Saturday and it was a pleasant younger lady who was working at that time. I went back this morning ( Monday) and another woman was working there . I am a very positive person who always smile and nice to people and a I was having a great morning until..... The woman was SO unpleasant to say the least. I was asking for “football rolls” .... she corrected me that THOSE are NOT rolls , rolls are round, so these are paninis..... Ok, thanks, I guess we call them differently depending where we live. After that , I realized that only cash was accepted and I only had my card so I had to run home for money. ( I live one minute away) She made some very loud grunts to show me how unhappy she was about that ( I am out of town so I am not sure how am I supposed to know about the “cash only” policy if there is no sign anywhere) .... Anyways, I came back and I made another BIG MISTAKE..... I asked for a French bread and not a baguette..... At this point I thought the whole thing was ridiculous. I am sorry, the bread, football rolls ( oh sorry, paninis), muffins are nice but this is absolutely AWFUL costumer service. You have a lot of tourists in this area.This place needs to work on their costumer service for sure so people are not leaving with an elevated blood pressure in an addition to their bread!
