The service was incredibly fast, and the staff was so friendly, which made the whole experience even better. I've been to the Charlotte location a few times and was thrilled to find one nearby in Niceville, where the ribs, pulled pork, and especially the smoked wings really stood out. Though there were a few hiccups with our order, the manager Pete handled everything with genuine care, making me eager to come back again soon.
