Our dinner arrived 40 minutes after we ordered. In commenting on this our server replied that they had three large parties as if that made it ok. In my mind that is no excuse. We were never asked if we wanted coffee or dessert. For a "pricey" dinner you would expect linen tablecloth and napkins, not paper.
