• A traditional Vietnamese house specialty. Our recipe has been passed down for over 100 years in the family. Thai rice noodles in our thick, house peanut sauce with vegetables and your choice of protein. Decadent. Add as much heat as you'd like. Vegan and gluten-free by nature, though we usually finish it with a bit of fish sauce. Ask for us not to by special request below if you'd prefer we skip this step.

• Our signature dish of crispy fried rice with peas, carrots, egg, onions, sprouts and fresh herbs. Choose a protein or a combination of proteins. Best in Melbourne!
• Summer Rolls (2 Pieces) $7.80
• Fresh vegetables, noodles, lettuce & herbs wrapped in rice paper with your favorite protein(s). Served in sets of two with our house peanut sauce on the side for dipping. For the combo, pick two proteins (shrimp and tofu, for instance).
• Large Pho Sate (32 Oz) $18.00
• Vietnamese noodle bowl in our tangy, dark broth served with black bean garlic paste, lemongrass, fresh ginger, bean sprouts, basil, and cilantro. Lime and accouterments on the side for Med and Lg sizes. Our noodles are PHO-nominal.

Excellent food and choices and the prices are reasonable. Their crispy spring rolls are the best and great choice of sauces. Cannot go wrong! If your not feeling good...Marie knows what choices will help you get better.
