I have currently moved to bonita springs area and was introduced to Big Als by friends. We had one bad experience and it was straightened out immediately. It is so nice to be able to speak to management in a restaurant that is interested in helping their customers. I would highly recommend Big Als for any meal that they serve. The prices are great, the atmosphere is great and the customer service is amazing.

Our favorite dishes were the Ungrouper battered and the Ungrouper stuffed. They are gone. My family does not want to eat there, and now my friends don't want to meet there just because the menu has changed. Needless to say, Big Al's is off the list as favorite places, and off we go trying great other places for seafood. Southwesst FL does have several other very nice places, and also great Italian places where the steaks and seafood are great
