The fried chicken here is seriously unbeatable-crispy, flavorful, and always fresh, whether you get it bone-in or as tenders. The staff is super friendly and helpful, making the whole experience enjoyable even when it's busy, and the sweet tea is just as amazing as the food. I usually go through the drive-thru and the service is great, though it can get pretty crowded around meal times, so plan ahead if you're in a rush.
