Went in 2 x since I've been here. Slow slow slow! No smile no personality nothing! Then I asked for a decaf iced and they gave me a regular. I watched them do it. Very weak watered down coffee. Then the next day......Omg. Never in my life such incompetence. I asked for an iced latte and it took 10 minutes and I didn't get it. I had to ask for it again because they forgot. They saw me standing there for 10 minutes and said nothing. Then they tell me the latte machine is broke! So damn frustrated I said then just give me a decaf. They handed me a cup of milk with a drip Of coffee in it! I have never seen such slow lazy people who don't care about anything. They couldn't even read the stickers that come out of the machine to make the orders right. Everyone was complaining to each other saying "can you believe this"
