The food at El Molino is excellent, and the atmosphere is pleasant, but the waitresses are often inattentive and rude. On the bright side, the night manager is very kind and attentive, always ensuring everything runs smoothly and assisting the waitstaff. Despite some recent negative reviews, my dining experience at El Molino was just as delicious, if not better, than I remembered from years ago.

I went to this restaurant after my friend put a picture on Facebook of there food, it looked great ! I went today to get takeout. They were super busy and the food looked good as I saw it going by. I have no problem waiting especially since I know how it's, I've been in the food service business a long time. After ten min of sitting at the bar trying to get someone attention, just kept passing me by, there was only 2 of us at the bar, the man next to me told. The waitress I was waiting to order. She told me she'll be with me in a second. An older couple cam and set down next to me and was immediately greeted and given drinks. A few minutes later I ordered , very quickly , I ordered by number. After 30 more minutes I got my food and went home. When I got home I realized I had the wrong food, I called told them and went back, it is about 20 miles round trip from my home. I get there bring the wrong food back and get the new food, this time it was missing the beans, I had just given her back beans that I had ordered, the meat was what was wrong. She told me I would have to pay an extra 2.12 for them, then proceeded to tell me that I was at fault and had ordered the wrong thing. I told her the numbers I ordered without even looking at the menu, she looked she was about to get my waitress that I had ordered from to once again tell me that I'm the one who for it wrong. I told her that she was going to have to throw those beans out anyway and I just drive an extra 20 miles because you got my order wrong , she gave me the beans. Wow , I have never heard of a business accusing the customer of being wrong in a situation like this, finally went home after being insulted and annoyed , it wasn't worth it, don ramones right down the street is way better and they aren't rude!

I try twice to go and booth i have been turn down, once i could order alcohol because no bartender. Second time my sister and I was told that they could not seat us,even though there was and empty table. Because a big party might show up after 12:30am. I might not be the big party she was expecting, but our money was big.
