Dear sirs
I hope this message finds its way to your owners!
I am on a 3 month vacation from the uk with my partner … we have enjoyed your lovely breakfasts every day ….at your fabulous deli.
Sadly your wonder full team is managed by a man, who if rude to me I expect is rude or challenging to other customers or staff, although we are a male couple “ so perhaps it’s that” either way he is rude.
He has been dismissive and short with us all week and this morning he rolled his eyes at me in a manner that suggested I was crazy when I brought back my food box back in to throw it away after eating it in a takeaway style box at your outside table. I spotted it and challenged him and asked him “it seems you really don’t like me do you? “and he replied “ no I don’t” in front of your other customers inside your deli.
I’m have let it go all week but I am so disgusted at his negative and condescending persona. If you ask any of your team members …I’m a pleasant customer and always tip well.
However after this encounter we won’t be back!

As close S I can get to home. New York. The bagels are great. The service And attitude is also. The sides are very good Long with the rughala Good choices of cheeses, bagels, fishes. Good salads and spectacular breakfast.

Found this gem by accident in a little shopping center. What a pleasant surprise! Haven't had a bagel like that since I was in New York 10/10, we will be back
