After a disappointing experience next door, stepping into Hard Rock Cafe felt like entering a vibrant refuge where the food was phenomenal and the staff genuinely attentive. The tender ribs and the perfectly cooked salmon noodle bowl left a lasting impression, while the lively atmosphere, complete with classic memorabilia and a welcoming bar, created a memorable setting. Even when small hiccups arose, the kindness and professionalism of the team turned moments around, making this visit unforgettable during our time in Key West.

After experiencing poor service at the neighboring Grand Cafe, my girlfriend and I decided to try out Hard Rock for a late lunch in Key West, and were impressed by the phenomenal food, attentive staff, and overall enjoyable dining experience.

Be warned... smoking is allowed on eating deck out front. Had a chimney going below us all dinner long. Could not move to another table. Asked staff but they said it was allowed. Clothes smelled like cigarettes the rest of the night! Management real needs to do something about this!
