The Bluefin sushi and ramen offered here are impressive, with the sushi standing out for its freshness and flavor. During my visit, I enjoyed the salmon and scallop pokí©, while my husband savored the chicken katsu curry, which he declared the best he's had in America. The restaurant, though modestly sized and located off Dixie Highway, provides an authentic Japanese ambiance, friendly service, and a variety of delicious dishes that make it a worthwhile dining destination.

The sushi at Bluefin is incredibly fresh and bursting with flavor, while the ramen offers a comforting warmth that satisfied my cravings. Despite its unassuming exterior, the cozy atmosphere and attentive service created a memorable dining experience that I can't wait to repeat.
