I ordered the Special of the Stuffed Green Pepper Entrí©e. Menu states: Stuffed with ground beef, rice, Italian sausage and onions. I received two large green peppers, I cut one in half and to my amazement there was no ground beef and 3 pieces of Italian sausage, the rest was rice. I called the waitress over and should her, she left and came back with this answer; "Its only flavored with meat so you wont see it", are they kidding? I tried to say to her that it probably was mixed correctly and should have meat. She said she sorry but she was told other people liked them. $15,00 for a green pepper filled with rice???? Sorry I for got I had a salad and mashed potatoes I didn't eat.

One of our group was ill and could not attend a luncheon catered by The Fire. We asked to have her lunch boxed. The waiter , by mistake , discarded the food. We asked for a replacement and were told , by the manager, that ishe could not give us a replacement because it was on a different budget. What? We asked for a sandwich or a small salad. She gave a long story that she could not. Finally, she came back with 3 rolls, small salad and 2 melon slices. Very poor customer service and PR.
