Since 2004, I have seen this Colombian restaurant evolve from mediocre to exceptional under new ownership, offering some of the most authentic and flavorful dishes like bandeja paisa and sopa de mondongo. The friendly staff, generous portions, and genuine atmosphere make it a unique dining experience that reminds me of home-cooked meals.
