On our trip from Naples to Inverness, we stopped for lunch and thoroughly enjoyed the homemade Southern dishes like Swiss potato soup and chicken pot pie, with desserts such as the famous Hummingbird cake leaving a lasting impression. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, enhanced by a charming gift and flower shop to explore, and the option to dine on the porch when the weather permits. While the food consistently impresses with quality and flavor, the service can be hit or miss, as some servers could benefit from additional training to enhance the overall experience.
