I called and tried to food for myself and a co-worker. When it came time to pay, the man on the phone asked for my personal cell, as well as that of my co-worker, which is absolutely unheard of compared to the million other places we order from in the Boca area. After trying to explain to the man that I currently didn't have a cell number, only work and home, he refused to take my order and hung up on me. I attempted to call back, to speak with a manager and the same rude man answered the phone again, yelling at me (completely unnecessary and unprofessional) and telling me that "I wasn't listening" to him and that he needed it in case the card should not go through. Once again, I attempted to explain to him that I cannot give what I do not have, but that I had a perfectly viable work phone number. Clearly this was not acceptable, and to boot, this guy claimed to be the owner! I couldn't believe how absolutely rude he was, especially since we had ordered from this place several times before without incident. The bottom line is that the food is mediocre (the prices are cheap, and so are the portions and ingredients, you get what you pay for and it suffices for a day when you are broke and need something to hold you over) and the owner of this place is a rude cretin with no concept of customer service or loyalty.
