We eat here regularly. The service is generally very good with drink refills without having to ask for them. Thisn is the best BBQ in Spring HIll. I have eaten at their old and new location many times. The food is consistenly very good with generous meat portions, but relatively slim side portions. I wish there was BBQ sauce on the table and it would be better if there was a choice of BBQ sauces. One strong suite here is the overall consistency of the food. It is always the same and fortuantely it's good too!

The waitress who seated us was friendly and nice to her customers, however our waitress was extremely rude. She rolled her eyes and stomped away when we ordered water instead of drinks, and wasn't happy when we asked for lemon. Another couple had her later and she wasn't any better to them. The food used to be good at Pit Boss, but our meals were cold with barely enough sauce to cover the top of the beef (about 2T) and no extra sauce at the table. The waitress refilled one glass that was 3/4's full, but not the half empty one. We tipped 45% in spite of poor service. She was an older woman and my husband said you never know what's happening in her life. We would never return to this restaurant.
