My husband and I love your food, but the room has a very unpleasant odor. My husband does not want to go back until they do something about the odor. I can only image what the other customers think.

My husband and I went there and I’m not sure what we expected but this was just previously frozen seafood deep fried. Everything tasted the same. No better than a Long John Silver - yuck. The floors looked torn up - almost like it was under construction and the rest room was unpleasant. Needless to say we’re not going back.

We eat out seven days a week, and this is by far the best restaurant we eat at.A very diverse menue, not just seafood, Great prices, service and food.We actually eat there several days per week, great chicken on rice, very good hamburgers. What more can you want!

We eat here several times with friends(last time 4/20/2011),food is always good, but we had to have the server correct the order(brought fries vs baked potato) but the biggest foul-up was no cashier when we went to pay the bill like we have for the past 5 years..we waited longer to pay the bill than it took to receive our food order--manager said this is a "new" procedure...what it is.. A TOTAL FOUL-UP.. the food servers have enough to do without having to "cashier too"..when I spoke to manager he didn't seem to care that it took so long for me to pay my bill..I refused to walk out and stiff the server for this screwed up process but I'll think long and hard before I go back here to eat...

I am a guest at the summerfield store . My wife and I have been going to this store for a long time. We love the severs that are here. The food is always the best.

We were APPALLED,HART BROKEN , SICK TO OUR STOMACHS. To find out that one of our favorite servers here has suffered a tragic , life changing event. Joanie a very sweet person.
I can not beleive this company has not allowed the other servers of this restaurant who care deeply for this woman and her son "who was badly injured". To put up a donation jar to help this family collect funds to help keep Joanie close to her son at a time of need. "YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOUR SELVES." This is a very hartless action on your behalf. You are a very well of company and should show the people you employ some respect, concern, and sympathy when they have a tragic event such as this. They are not asking anything from you . even though you should think long and hard . "If this was you or your child". We are devastated to find this out. NO we dont want any coupons , we want you to take action.!!!!

Keep it simple, some of the best if not the best seafood that I and my friends have eaten in a long time.

My Wife and I visit you most Sundays, and many from our Church come to Sam's St John's Seafood on many Sundays. My Wife and I often during the week also. Because the Food is always great and so is the service !!!
At least the last 7 or 8 years my wife and I have been there almost every Sunday as stated above, and often bring guests We have come to think of the Waitress' as Granddaughters or great Granddaughters. They all do a superb job. Would be nice if they did not have to work as cashier's also. But money is tight I know.
Please tell your help that Keith & Lois REALLY do appreciate them, and know of a lot of others that do also.

For the last 2 years my wife and me and 4 to 6 Friends from church have eaten at Sam's on Sunday after church. For the most part we were pretty satisfied with the service, the food and the price, and really appreciate the 10% church bulletin discount. But every since you have taken away a cashier and put the bur dine on the waitresses to collect the bills it has been a complete mess. We have to Wait a lot longer for them to figure all the tickets in a large crowd, they get mixed up, make mistakes trying to hurry to get another table started, ect, ect. We have been dividing our visits with other restaurants hoping you will go back to the old way. We feel you are losing more business than that one cashier would cost. They are very unhappy and say they don't even get a paid vacation. Hoping you will correct this matter and we can be more satisfied and eat more often.with you. sincerely, Ron
