I come from a small town in CR and now live in a big city, but I have not tasted a bagel as delicious as the ones from Shadon's. The everything bagel with an abundance of cream cheese is a favorite of mine. Despite the lingering scent of cigarettes reminiscent of the 1970s, I will still make a point to visit Shadon's whenever I find myself back in CR.

My gentleman friend and I used to frequent there almost all the time. Its a shame that they closed the place down.
