Today in Vero Beach, I discovered Siam Orchid, a charming Thai restaurant where I enjoyed a delicious meal of basil curry chicken and noodles, complemented by miso soup and dumplings. The owner, Nui, made our experience extra special with her warm hospitality, prompting us to promise a return visit. Siam Orchid has become a favorite spot for me in Vero, offering a convenient location for savoring Masaman curry and sushi while enjoying a Chang beer.
