Ordered a meal with a side of fermented apple sauce. It made my stomach very upset. When I asked for a refund on my meal, that I could not eat, a man from the kitchen came out and told me there was nothing wrong with the apple sauce and that he had just opened a fresh container. Just because it was a new container to him does not mean that it was not spoiled before he opened it. He then made me feel like a piece of sh*t that I was asking for the refund. He told me he did not1 feel safe letting me leave the restaraunt with any left overs of the other food because it might make me more sick. After he walked away and the server came back, I told her she could take my left overs and give them back to the kitchen guy so he will be able to sleep better tonight because I won't get 'more' sick as he suggested. Fyi, this was my first time ever dining here. I will likely never go back.

I had the pleasure to dine at low and slow BBQ. I was extremely disappointed with the BBQ, I ordered the rack of ribs, they were dried out, the pulled pork was also dried out. There sides ok, Be sure to specify if you get the loaded Mac and cheese with extra bacon, It's additional charged. Maybe our ribs was left overs from yesterday. Lol

we live right around the corner and have given them multiple tries throughout about 2 years. we decided tonight after getting the driest, most overcooked rack of baby back ribs ever. the last few times have been a hit or miss on the sliced and pulled pork sandwiches. they always say to come pick up the order in 20 minutes but it's usually ready in 5 so I guess our food sits there for a while? I don't get it. we've also tried the st Louis style ribs and they were disappointing as well. we always tip well and never complain but I'm completely over this place!
