If I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service was sooo bad! They were extremely disrespectful and rude. The guy answering the phones and taking orders was the worst. He basically threw my food at me throw the glass window. Not to mention, I observed a few very unsanitary things while waiting for my food. There was a plastic container at the window full of plastic utensils for customers to just grab freely without sanitizing their hands. There’s also a small table near the window with a tissue box on top for people to wipe their noses which isn’t a problem until you look down on the ground and see a open bucket full of used tissue/snot rags almost filled to the top 🤢. This a major issue because of the rapid spread of COVID-19. That was my 1st and last experience at wok n roll. I would NEVER order anything else from them.
