Coming from Southern California, I was skeptical about finding truly authentic Mexican cuisine in Colorado, but this experience exceeded all expectations with its vibrant flavors and heartfelt preparation. Alberto's attentive service complemented dishes like the rich, spicy queso fundido con chorizo and the indulgent fried ice cream perfectly, creating a warm, homey atmosphere reminiscent of family gatherings. The colorful decor, lively ambiance, and riverside seating all came together to deliver a memorable meal that I can't wait to enjoy again.
