Unfortunately, Jay's Bistro, a beloved dining spot in Fort Collins for the past 30 years, has now closed its doors. The exceptional food, impeccable service, and enchanting jazz ambiance will be dearly missed by all who had the pleasure of dining there. It was truly a culinary gem that will forever hold a special place in the hearts of the community.
