My mother visited from Brooklyn, NY, and we enjoyed lunch at the Sawgrass location where the customer service was exceptional, with staff always attentive and greeting us by name. The oxtail was incredibly flavorful, tender, and paired perfectly with the well-seasoned rice, beans, and veggies, making it one of the best meals I've had in a long time. The atmosphere was pleasant and clean, and the friendly staff truly enhanced the overall dining experience, making me eager to return and try more dishes.

During my visit with my Mother from Brooklyn, NY to the Sawgrass location, we were impressed with the exceptional customer service and the fresh, perfectly seasoned food. The staff greeted us warmly and ensured we had a wonderful dining experience, making us feel truly welcome and cared for.
