A group of about 30 friends attended a Cinco de Mayo celebration at Quates, where the owners organized a dance and music event for the evening. The service was efficient thanks to Lorenzo and his team, the homemade chips and salsa were addictive, and the steak fajita bowl I had was well-prepared; many others enjoyed enchiladas and tacos, praising their quality and authentic flavors.
