I told the bartender I had a few hours before my flight, I asked for a water he said he doesn't have water and the food is bad. Told me to go to Bonefish, so he was really telling me to leave. It also looked dirty.

terrible no wine prices anywhere and for 2 glasses of wine it was $55.02 absolutely ridiculous. When we asked the server he said that is what it cost and when we complained about no wine prices he said we should have asked him before we ordered crazy ripoff

Had breakfast and was served only 1 slice of toast. I am 75 and have never seen that. Eggs all pre made. Only white bread offered. Only scrambled available. And the worst part was I was overcharged against written menu prices and manager needed to call corporate office to refund the difference, another issue I have never seen. Jack Nicklaus would take his down if he ever ate here. Shameful

This is not a restaurant. It's fast food and is incredibly expensive. They don't have anything to drink otherwise than alcohol, I have never been to a restaurant that doesn't have tea. The service wasn't good.

Very drab menu. Grilled cheese was like toast from toaster with kraft cheese slice on it .Did not like food at all . Will not go back to one of his restaurants again.Prices are high .My mother loved him as a golfer.

The tomato soup and grilled cheese was great. Our server Elena was rude and very curt. She didn't give anyone time to ask her for anything before she just walked away. I watched her begin to take a family order and because one person decided they weren't hungry, she walked away from the whole table. You get no stars from me because she needs to be taught better customer service and how to talk to people. I understand it's a busy airport but people are paying to eat. She never came back to ask if we needed anything or asked if our food was good/right. She came back when she was ready for us to pay and once we payed she was lurking and ready for us to leave. Never again will I eat there if she's the waitress. The only reason you get 1 star is because I had to give it a rating.

I'm surprised this place has such bad reviews,
Yesterday I was met with such a sweet server who met me at the door, seated me took the time to go through the menu with me even though they seemed to have been short staffed as there was only three persons working. Her name was Miss Elena, she did a superb job in making me feel welcome. Persons like her is why I revisit restaurants. Was such a great end to the kinda day I was having.
Thanks so much Miss Elena.

My day was crappy as I had to stop at my office before my flight. This wasthe only time I was happy my flight was delayed because I was late. I decided to have a salad at Jack Nicklaus' Grill. The salad was nothing to be excited about but my server Elen was pleasant and attentive thoigh I could tell she was having a busy day. It makes a difference when customer experience is the focus. Have a good one Elena.

Wow! If I had read the reviews before stoping at this restaurant I would not have gone there, and I would have missed an amazing experience. I was having a bad day and to make matters worse my flight was delayed twice! My server Elena really helped in turning my day around. I have never had cheese burgers but I ate 2 Philly cheese burgers and they were delightful. I asked her why she was so positive and bubbly, she said "I'm too blessed to be stressed. A lot could have happened but I'm alive" and I reflected on my day and missed flight and told her thanks for sharing. My experience was awesome and thanks to Elena, I keep reminding myself that I have much to be thankful for. I had a cheese burger since I came home and it's nothing like Golden Bear's Philly cheese burger. I will certainly visit again. All the best to Elena and the chef! Great burger! And an amazing experience.

My family and I stopped by on our way back home. We were greeted by our server Miss Elena she was so hospitable and kind, introduced and convinced me to try there tomato salad and it was amazing and I'm not even a salad guy. She was so patient and understanding with the kids, my wife commented her customer service and professionalism. We enjoyed our food and the experience. Even the manager Mr Mattio was very nice after we called him to commend on our server.
Definitely had a great experience and Will absolutely be going back on my next trip.

Worst service I ever experienced anywhere!!!
Terminal 3 . Don't even think of going to the restaurant. Decent cooks but the service staff and manager are aloof zombies.
Our zombie waiter was Francis. We sat here while people coming in after us were seated, fed and paid.
Our order never went in. Then after I went looking for him he just turned and went to kitchen.
Food was ready including hot soup and sandwich
But no Frances!! Finally i went into kitchen area and served myself. The cooks were surprised but then they told me his name and shook their heads.
To make matters worse they automatically add an 18% tip!!!! I tried to find him to take it off but he disappeared again. No manager on site. Ran out of time and had to catch plane.
Poor Jack Nicklaus has his legacy attached to this dirtbag place.
NEVER EVER GO HERE.

Horrible customer service. I asked if we could sit at a specific table since it was more isolated. Tried to explain to the hostess that my husband is a very recent cancer survivor and because of the chemo he received he could not be vaccinated since his body would not create the antibodies. Tried to tell her that he is very immune compromised and the particular table we wanted would keep him out of the path of others. But because the table was intended for four people she barked at me that she could not and would not since she had to save it for a party of three or four. Every time I tried to explain the special situation she kept cutting me off and rudely barking at me that she couldn't do it. Instead she seated us right by a heavy traffic area where people were waiting to be seated. Really terrible experience! It was the nasty way she handled it that was just so rude, unkind, mean spirited. So wish I had had another dining option. Also during the time we were there another couple (2people) were seated at a table of four. 5/22/22; 3:45

Sat down at the bar on 4/3/22 to grab a quick sandwich after spending 10 hours in the airport awaiting a flight after my original flight had been cancelled, It was crowded in the restaurant but there was ample bar seating available; when asked. the host said it would be fine to sit at the bar. When I inquired about an item on the menu, the bartender snipped a flippant remark back and then rolled her eyes when I indicated that I did not want a drink at the moment, so I left without ordering. I retuned a few minutes later to order a take out meal to eat while waiting for the plane at the gate. During that time the meal was prepared, I observed the same gloveless female bartender socializing prolifically rather than waiting on new customers... while continuously eating French fries from a cup between serving drinks and picking up used glasses by the rim that customers had just finished. Unsanitary and gross... and I am sure this is behavior that the health department would not condone. The fries were crispy and delicious, but the burger was dry and difficult to swallow, and while the meal itself was visually appealing, it was definitely not worth the 25 dollars that it cost with tip included. Grab a cold prepared sandwich from the store across the hallway for a third of the price... it could not be any worse than the burger. Service across the hall was at least friendly and you will not need to worry about the unsanitary serving conditions or the arrogant "I am all that and then some" demeanor demonstrated by the female bar server. The male bartender, by the way, was gloved, masked, and appeared to be doing his job in a very professional manner. Thank goodness someone was representing this restaurant in a positive manner!

My plane was delayed, so I decided to get a bite to eat. After waiting over half hour to be seated I ordered soup and a sandwich. I knew what I was paying for my meal. However, I failed to ask what my 8oz glass of pinot noir would cost. When I got the bill, I was floored. My wine cost $23.66 for a glass! This is price gouging and they should be ashamed of themselves. When I questioned the cost, I was told that, "That's what it costs at the airport." To add insult to injury,
they automatically added an 18% "service charge " I could have had that charge removed, but the server would have lost and I had no issue with Jacinta. Lesson learned . I will never make that mistake again.

Service was non existent. Got seated and server never came by. Asked the server who seated me and he stated that it was not his area and "she" was in her way. Still no show. If I could give it less than a 1 I would. FLL should build another restaurant in this area.

Best Grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup I've ever had. It was very yummy 😋 toasted to perfection. Just the right size.
can't wait till my next trip so I can have it again

The experience started off bad when the hostess gave our seats away to someone else. Our order came out and the burgers were extremely red. The manager came to the table and threw the old ones away. He brung out two more burgers and they were still red and I have pictures to show it. Worst experience ever.

Has the absolute saddest menu I have ever seen!
Ordered the chicken club sandwich, fries and a glass of wine, the sandwich came out ice cold, the server said yes everything come out cold, never brought out my wine and the fries were cold and Un-edible.
I'm mailing my recipe to his corporate office for a full refund or a gift card for the same amount to anywhere but this toilet.

$14 for two thin slices of toasted (not grilled) bread, 2 slices processed cheese, and a half cup of soup all in paper plates..then the hidden 20% gratuity trick.
