Hi so this is what happened"¦I tried to join the waitlist via online but it wouldn't allow me for a party of 3 the Website there was no wait so I called to try put my name on the list and Alejandro at the Pembroke Pines location agreed he would put my name on the list so I arrived within 10 mins and As I got to the front to check in the bar manager Esther Vasquez rudely cut me off when I was trying to explain to her the situation and she kept shouting at me instead of asking Alejandro why he did his job incorrectly all she had to do was apologize on his behalf then she kicked me out of the restaurant and her own hostess came to apologize when she wasn't looking because she knew she was I was treated wrong she even admitted saying it was jet fault and that's how she talks to everyone including employees she racially profiled me I have never been so humiliated in my life she had my kids crying and I will be complaining to the city of Pembroke Pines commissioner who is my uncle And I also added a picture of the racist woman
