Sal's Italian Restaurant in Sunrise offers consistently good food, including well-made pizzas with homemade-tasting sauce, and excellent garlic rolls. The staff is friendly and attentive, with standout service even during busy times, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Although the lunch specials have strict timing and bike parking is lacking, the overall experience remains positive, making it a reliable choice for dining in, pickup, or catering.

It's been a minute since I ate at Sal's Italian Restaurant in Sunrise, but the experience was just as good as I remembered. We showed up late, but they welcomed us with open arms and the food and service were fantastic. A huge shoutout to the generous guy who covered our bill-your kindness really made our night!

Imagine buying the cheapest frozen pizza in a grocery store. One that cost $2.99 and you get three free. Sal's pizza is much WORSE. I have never had a pizza worse than this pizza. We ordered two, one with extra cheese and one with bacon and mushroom. Both had aweful sauce and the cheese was rubbery yet tasted like cardboard. The mushroom tasted rotten.
DO NOT EAT HERE.
