The food at Donna's is consistently delicious, especially the oxtails, and the portions are generous for the price. Although the service can be slow and the atmosphere a bit worn, the efficient staff manage to serve many customers quickly, making it worth the wait.

While the service can be slow and the staff may not be the friendliest, they efficiently serve a large number of customers each day. Despite the somewhat run-down atmosphere and higher prices, the quality of the food makes it worth the wait for many patrons.
