As a local real estate agent, I frequent Flanigan's in Stuart, FL with my clients for a casual beer or to catch a game. During a recent visit, we ordered chicken wings that arrived overcooked, but the waitress kindly replaced them. However, the manager's rude response to our feedback left a sour taste in our mouths. Despite this disappointing experience, we continue to appreciate the food and service at Flanigan's, especially the exceptional customer care provided by employee Brad at the Pembroke Pines location. His friendly demeanor and attention to detail truly stand out in today's service industry.

My family and I recently visited Flanigan's in Stuart, Florida. It was a family reunion of sorts. There were a total of 15 of us. We were given 3 tables together and kind of floated around between these 3 tables for almost 3 hours. I have to say that the service we received from Jordan was phenomenal! I know we drove him crazy, table hopping and ordering stuff . We did finally have dinner and never wanted for anything. Jordan managed to keep everything straight and everyone's bill was correct. How he accomplished this, I will never know. As usual, the food was wonderful and we had a fabulous time. The rest of the staff was very accommodating as well. Thank you for such a wonderful time. We made some wonderful family memories that night. We'll certainly be back.
