During a recent visit to Miami, my girlfriend and I tried McMillon's for lunch and found the ribs tender with a standout vinegar-mustard barbecue sauce reminiscent of South Carolina flavors. The sides, including baked beans with a cinnamon hint and creamy macaroni and cheese, complemented the meal well, and the friendly yet slightly disorganized service added to the authentic, welcoming atmosphere.

I had come across McMillon's in my exploration of South Florida barbecue joints, intrigued by its unassuming appearance and lack of widespread reviews. During a recent visit to Miami, my girlfriend and I decided to give it a try for lunch.
