I was at your restaurant at 2484 North State Road 7, Lauderdale Lakes, Florida last night (12/21/13) about 9:30pm. I placed an order for a steak sub and a meatball that came to $13.24. (order number 1068, check number #335760). I handed the cashier a twenty dollar bill and was suppose to get $6.76 back. I got the receipt but no change. The cashier moved to the next customer and I asked him where my change was and his answer was I gave it to you but he did not. My wife called and spoke to the manager and told her we would have to call back today to see if the register balanced. He, also, said the owner would be in at 11:00 am today. My wife called today and spoke with the manager and claims the register balanced and the owner does not work on Sundays. What did the cashier do pocket the money?? My wife and I will tell our family, friends and anyone else who will listen not to go to this Miami Subs but all the Miami Subs. If I did not worry about getting arrested we would picket this Miami Subs.

Sir

I stopped by one of your stores yesterday 1/12/12
for a phyllie chease stake light on the cheese
w/holipno peppers,after afifteen minute wait
in the drive in,When i got to the park i found the cheese falling out side and the peppers in
a pile in the middle of my sandwich and the bun was soaked at one end.Ver disappointing,I had the sandwitch earlier in the week service, slow sandwitch was good.I enjoy the food but the store needs to be run more like a real buisness.
The store is on Federal hwy south of woolbright Boynton Beach FL

I went to the Miami subs on 441 and griffin road in Davie and when I purchased a few orders..They nearly had put any fries in the containers..I am not one to be cheap or a complainer, and this is my first time blogging about anything...but somethings wrong when you can see all white cardboard where fries should be taking place! The fries took up Half the space..And the Gyros have only3pieces of meat! I understand times are hard? But you do not change the amount and make less because of it. If that's the case, then it should be half the price! Half the fries..half the meat? Half the Price! Period. I spent over twenty dollars when I could've went to a restaraunt and have been waited on.
Unreal, for people who work hard or who just want to grab a bite..you dont have to rip people off on the meat, fries, sauce etc..That's just simply wrong and uncalled for!!
I would suggest not to go to this location as the owners seem to be a tag team duo of wrongness.
Beyond Ridiculous.

I placed an order and then I observed the cook using his bare hands to wipe his face and then he turned and picked up a block of sliced cheese and started to separate it, never washed his hands. I thought the new rules were that these people are supposed to wear gloves when handling the food?
This is the Miami Subs at Griffin Road and 441. They also do not give you a sufficient amount of food for what you are paying for. I asked for double fries and counted a total of 20 fries for the order. My order total was $12 and change for a 5 piece chicken tender platter with no cole slaw and double fries. What a rip off.

Went to the Miami Subs on Sunrise Blvd. saw live roaches crawling on the floor in the kitchen. Manager was talking spanish to his workers telling them to kill them. Miami Subs restaurants are not up kept and are downright filthy. Stay far away. I am contacting the health department immediately as well as the corporate office.

Oh, where to begin. First off, it's interesting to find out that with the new delivery service that Miami Subs Pizza & Grill are offering, that the pizza's are not made fresh at the store. They are not made at the store period...they are shipped frozen to the stores. I know this because when I called the "888" order phone number on December 13th 2009 and was done placing my order, I received a call about 20 minutes later from the delivery store that they had no pizzas today, but that the deliver of pizza's should arrive at their store tomorrow.

So, twenty minutes after placing my order (20 minutes of me and my guests being really hungry and expecting pizza soon) and getting the call described above, I just called Papa Johns and placed an order with them.
Today (12/14/09) I looked at my email and see a confirmation email showing that I was still charged, even though I did not receive any order/product because they did not have their frozen pizza in stock.

So I called the same "888" number that I called to place the order and of course they tell me that they can not credit me. Instead I would have to take more time out of my work day to call the corporate office and that they will take care of it.

So I called the corporate number and it seems that no department likes to pick up the phone. Everything went to voicemail. And yes, I called several times thinking that I would be able to reach a person at some point. But no. I even hit the option that gives me the catering department, thinking that they would answer for new business (money), but nope not even in that department did anyone answer. So far customer service has ranged from horrible to non-existent.

I could go on and on with details of what poor customer service they have, but finally I received a call back from a message I left on someones cell phone and it seems it was taken care of by this person, but even with that He (Mr. Ambrose) did not give me a clear indication that the issue was resolved. Unclear because with me on the line all he did was leave a voicemail for apparently the one person in the whole corporate office that can deal with this issue. To me, that does not automatically indicate the issue is resolved. I finally received assurances it was resolved after speaking to someone else.

Of course, the money that Miami Subs took out of my account almost instantly will now take them 3 or 4 days to get back to me. Besides saying sorry a few times, the representatives from Miami Subs never asked what they could do to make me a satisfied customer. Forgetting about the fact that I had to spend work time to take care of an issue of being billed for a product I never received, it just seems like poor quality customer service.

So basically, don't buy their frozen pizzas and who know what else it just microwaved frozen "fresh" food from a freezer and don't buy anything from them.
